Information on the processing of personal data on RECELURA.COM.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

RECELURA UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Fasanenweg 7
66424 Homburg
Germany

Email: CONTACT@recelura.com
Website: https://recelura.com

2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and other applicable data-protection provisions.

Personal data is processed on this website only where this is necessary for the technical operation of the website, for handling communications initiated by you, or where another legal basis permits the processing.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by the external hosting service provider one.com.

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process and store technical information in server log files, in particular:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • page or resource accessed
  • browser type and browser version
  • operating system
  • referrer URL
  • technical information relating to the access

The processing is carried out in particular to provide the website, ensure stable and secure operation and detect or prevent technical faults and abusive access.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically proper operation of this website.

one.com processes personal data as a processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. According to the hosting provider's current information, data of customers established in the European Union is generally hosted in data centres within the European Union.

Server and security logs are retained only for as long as required for the relevant technical and security purposes. The hosting provider currently states a typical deletion period of up to eight weeks for certain log data.

4. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to handle your inquiry. This may include, in particular, your name, company, email address, the content of your message and other information voluntarily provided by you.

Depending on the content of your inquiry, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contractual relationship, or on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing is necessary to handle a general business or other inquiry.

Data is disclosed only where this is necessary to handle the inquiry, legally permitted, or required in the context of processing on our behalf.

5. Contact Form

We use a form function technically integrated into the RECELURA WordPress theme to provide our contact form. Information entered by you into the designated form fields is processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

The theme-native form function itself does not create separate form-entry records in the WordPress database. No external CAPTCHA, tracking or marketing service is currently integrated into the contact form.

Form information is transmitted to RECELURA via our configured email infrastructure. Depending on the content of the inquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Please do not submit patient data, medical records, health information or other special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR through the contact form.

6. Email Transmission

For the technical sending and receipt of emails, we use the email and SMTP infrastructure of our hosting provider one.com. In connection with email communications, one.com processes the technically required data as a processor.

Depending on the respective communication, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Consent Management, Cookies and Local Storage

To manage your choice regarding optional web analytics, this website uses a local browser storage entry that is specific to RECELURA.COM. Only the version of the consent logic and your choice “analytics granted” or “analytics denied” are stored. The entry contains no user ID, contact details or analytics information and is not transmitted to RECELURA or third parties.

This local storage is used solely to respect the privacy setting you selected on subsequent page views. You may change your choice at any time using the permanently accessible “Privacy settings” button.

Where storing the privacy setting expressly selected by you is technically necessary, access to the terminal device is carried out in accordance with Section 25(2) TDDDG. Under our technical implementation, no personal data is transmitted to our server through this preference storage.

Google Analytics cookies are set only after your explicit consent. Google Analytics 4 uses in particular the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and retain session state.

8. Google Analytics 4 – only after consent

If you expressly consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to statistically measure use of this website and to assess which public content and website sections are used. The provider and processor is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Legal basis: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or accessed from your terminal device, Section 25(1) TDDDG.

RECELURA uses a technically restrictive implementation of Google Basic Consent Mode. Before you consent, no Google Analytics tag is loaded and no analytics or consent signals are transmitted to Google. If you decline analytics, the Google tag remains blocked.

After consent, data processed may include page views, session information, referrer information, approximate location information, and browser and device information. Content from the contact form, names, email addresses or other information you enter into form fields is not transmitted to Google as Analytics parameters by our GA4 implementation.

The theme implementation keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization set to “denied”. Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals are additionally disabled programmatically. Google Tag Manager is not used.

According to Google, individual IP addresses of users in the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not logged or stored in Google Analytics. Google states that IP-address data is used there only to derive coarse location information and is then discarded.

After consent, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies. For user- and event-level data, we use the shortest retention option available for standard GA4 properties, 2 months. Google states that this setting does not affect all aggregated standard reports.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by using “Privacy settings”. On withdrawal, the local choice is changed to “denied”; the theme also attempts to delete _ga cookies set on RECELURA.COM and reloads the page so that the Google tag is no longer included for further use.

Further information about processing by Google Analytics is available in Google's privacy and Analytics documentation. Google describes Google Analytics, for GDPR purposes, generally as a processor for its Analytics customers; for Analytics customers established in the EEA, the relevant Google data-processing terms form part of the contractual relationship.

9. HTTPS/TLS Encryption

This website uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Data transmitted between your browser and our website is therefore encrypted. Encrypted transmission is intended in particular to protect transmitted data against unauthorised access or modification during transmission.

10. Recipients of Personal Data

In the context of the processing described above, personal data may in particular be disclosed to service providers acting as processors on our behalf. This includes, in particular, our hosting and email service provider one.com and – after your consent to web analytics – Google Ireland Limited as provider of Google Analytics 4.

Any other disclosure of personal data takes place only where this is necessary for performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, required by law, justified by a legitimate interest, based on your consent, or otherwise permitted by law.

11. Transfers to Third Countries

Personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area only where this is necessary in connection with services used and the applicable legal requirements are met.

Where required, an adequacy decision of the European Commission, appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 GDPR or another lawful basis under the GDPR is used.

According to one.com's current information, data of EU customers is generally hosted in data centres within the European Union. For Google Analytics, Google states that measurement data from devices in the EU is initially collected through domains and servers in the EU; further processing within Google's global infrastructure, and therefore processing outside the EEA, cannot be excluded. Applicable statutory and contractual safeguards apply to international data transfers.

12. Retention Period

Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the respective processing purpose or for as long as statutory retention or evidence obligations apply.

Data relating to contact inquiries is deleted once the respective inquiry has been finally handled and there are no statutory, contractual or other legitimate reasons requiring further retention. Where an inquiry results in a contractual relationship, commercial or tax-law retention obligations may apply.

13. Your Rights

Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have in particular the following rights:

  • right of access under Article 15 GDPR
  • right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR
  • right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR
  • right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR
  • right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR
  • right to object under Article 21 GDPR
  • right to withdraw consent previously given with effect for the future

Requests to exercise your data-protection rights may be sent to: CONTACT@recelura.com.

14. Objection to Processing Based on Legitimate Interests

Where personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right under Article 21 GDPR, subject to the statutory requirements, to object to such processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

15. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

Under Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

The supervisory authority responsible for RECELURA's registered office is:

Unabhängiges Datenschutzzentrum Saarland
Fritz-Dobisch-Str. 12
66111 Saarbrücken
Germany
Email: poststelle@datenschutz.saarland.de

You may also contact any other supervisory authority competent under Article 77 GDPR.

16. Automated Decision-Making

No decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR currently takes place through this website.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We review this Privacy Policy regularly and update it if legal requirements, technical website functions or the services used change.
