RECELURA works with selected business partners across D016 ingredient supply, cosmetic formulation development, product integration and distribution.
D016, a recombinantly produced hyaluronidase, is available for selected cosmetic development and supply projects.
Cooperation models are structured according to the intended cosmetic application, development stage, technical requirements and required quality documentation.
RECELURA supports both its own finished cosmetic products and selected external development and commercialization projects based on the D016 platform.

Defined supply. Defined specification.
D016 is available to selected business partners as a defined ingredient supply option for cosmetic formulation development.
Supply projects are structured according to the intended cosmetic application, required supply format, specifications, documentation and project requirements.
Technical and quality information is provided according to the respective project stage and agreed partner requirements.
Use of D016 in a finished cosmetic product remains subject to product-specific formulation, safety assessment, regulatory documentation and applicable market requirements.
FORMULATION COOPERATION
Development support with clearly separated responsibilities.
RECELURA works with selected partners on the development of D016-based cosmetic formulation concepts.
Development activities may include formulation design, integration of D016, definition of technical requirements and coordination of product-specific quality documentation.
The formulation concept is defined according to the intended cosmetic use, composition, application format, stability and compatibility requirements of the respective project.
RECELURA's role in third-party development projects is limited to the supply of D016 in accordance with the agreed specification and to D016-specific technical information provided within the agreed project scope.
Responsibility for the formulation, manufacture, safety assessment, regulatory compliance, claims, placing on the market and performance of any third-party finished cosmetic product remains with the respective third-party manufacturer and/or responsible person, as applicable.
The supply of D016 does not constitute a representation or guarantee by RECELURA regarding the functionality, performance or regulatory suitability of any third-party finished product.
PRODUCT INTEGRATION
D016 supply does not transfer finished-product responsibility.
D016 may be integrated into third-party cosmetic product concepts within the scope of an agreed development or supply project.
RECELURA provides D016 according to the agreed specification together with the applicable D016-specific technical and quality documentation.
The third-party partner is responsible for determining the suitability of D016 for its specific formulation, manufacturing process and intended cosmetic use.
Formulation development, manufacturing, compatibility, stability, safety assessment, regulatory compliance and substantiation of claims for the finished third-party product remain outside RECELURA's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
No functionality, performance or specific cosmetic result of a third-party finished product is represented or guaranteed solely through the supply or incorporation of D016.
DISTRIBUTION
Qualification and approval precede distribution.
RECELURA works only with qualified and approved distribution partners for D016 ingredient supply and, where applicable, for RECELURA finished cosmetic products.
Partner approval is based on a documented qualification process and may include review of business credentials, regulatory capabilities, quality systems, distribution infrastructure and, where appropriate, a partner audit.
Distribution arrangements are defined according to product category, territory, intended market, regulatory status and agreed commercial scope.
Distribution partners are responsible for compliance with the regulatory, commercial and market-access requirements applicable to their respective activities and territories, unless specific responsibilities are expressly assigned otherwise.
RECELURA provides the product-specific technical and quality documentation required within the agreed distribution scope and available for the respective product or supply format.
Commercial terms, territory, product scope, pricing, minimum purchase commitments, quality responsibilities and any exclusivity are defined separately for each distribution partnership.
No territorial exclusivity, preferred-partner status or other commercial rights arise unless expressly agreed in writing.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Defined cooperation. No implied rights.
RECELURA engages with qualified industry, development and technology partners where cooperation can support the further development or commercialization of the D016 cosmetic platform.
Strategic cooperation may include formulation development, technical integration, manufacturing-related activities, market development or other clearly defined project objectives.
The scope, responsibilities, intellectual property considerations, quality requirements and commercial framework of each cooperation are defined separately before project implementation.
Strategic partnership discussions do not constitute a commitment to supply, license, transfer technology or grant commercial rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
RECELURA evaluates potential partnerships according to their strategic fit, technical capabilities, quality standards, regulatory suitability and ability to support the intended project objectives.
PARTNER QUALIFICATION
A business inquiry is the start of qualification — not an entitlement to supply.
Business cooperation with RECELURA is subject to a project-specific partner qualification and approval process.
The qualification scope is determined according to the proposed activity, product category, regulatory environment, quality requirements and associated project risks.
Qualification may include review of corporate information, technical and regulatory capabilities, quality systems, distribution or manufacturing infrastructure and, where appropriate, a partner audit.
RECELURA may decline or discontinue a proposed cooperation where qualification requirements, quality standards or project-specific requirements are not met.
Confidential technical, commercial or project-specific information is provided only within an appropriate stage of qualification and, where required, under applicable confidentiality arrangements.
